  • The shipping costs are 110 DKK. Orders placed on a working day will be delivered within 2-5 business days. Exchange will be free!

  • But of course! Not sure what size you should order? No problem. We would strongly recommend you order your must-have shoes in two sizes. That way you and your feet can try it out and view it all peacefully at home. Return or exchange is free and can take place up to 14 days after the date of receipt of your order. The items must be unworn and in original condition and with the original labels and tags. This also applies to sale items. 

  • As long as you wish, but our advice is: If you can't stop thinking about it ... buy the shoes! 

  • If you order before 17:00 today, we will ship the same day! Your order will be sent out via DHL and it will take 2-5 business days for your delivery to arrive. Of course, it is possible for the order to be delivered to a different address than your home address.

  • You will find a link in the email you will receive once the order has shipped, with which you can track the status of your order. A time indication is given here for the delivery. Did you place your order as a guest user? Unfortunately, then you cannot track your shipping status. Our Customer Service team can help you.

  • You can go through our order process in 5 simple steps by: 

    1. Create a VIA VAI Shoes account  
    2. Start shopping. Ready? Click on 'Order' in the shopping bag at the top right to complete your order 
    3. Enter your details and the delivery address
    4. Select a method of payment 
    5. Your order is now complete and you can go and make space in your shoe cupboard!

  • Unfortunately, this is not possible. Once the order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail from us. You will find a link in this with which you can track the status of your order. A time indication is given here for delivery. Have you ordered without an account? Then you cannot view the shipping status yourself. The Customer Service team can help you with this!
