  • We have included a return form and return sticker with your order. No idea what you have done with it? Then you can download a return form and return label via your account. Fill out the return form, stick the return label on the box and deliver it to a DHL Service point. Simple and easy!

    When you return a portion or the entire order from an address outside the Netherlands, you don't have to pay a return fee. Keep the shipping slip on hand, because this is your proof of shipment of your returned item(s).

  • Returns are free. The risks are to be borne by you if you want to return from an address outside the Netherlands.

  • Exchange is not a problem and you can very easily do this using the form that is included with your order or through your VIA VAI Shoes account. Place a new order via the online store and you will receive the amount of the returned item on your bank account within a few days.

  • You will receive a Track & Trace code at your nearest DHL service point. Always ask the DHL service point for this code, because with this code you can track the package and see if it has arrived with us in good order. After we have received your return, we will send you a confirmation by mail. VIA VAI Shoes is not liable for damage or loss of returned items.

  • You can't return or exchange items purchased from a VIA VAI Shoes dealer directly to us. You should in this case go back to the store of purchase. They will be happy to assist you.

  • Once the return has been approved (the item(s) must be unworn and in original condition and with the original labels and tags), you will receive an e-mail confirming that the amount will be deposited in your account within a few days. Please note that refund on a credit card always depends on your bank.
