Hos VIA VAI gør vi alt, hvad vi kan, for at få dig til at smile. Har du købt en vare, som alligevel ikke passede perfekt? Intet problem! Du kan nemt returnere dit køb. Se vores returpolitik nedenfor:

• Du kan returnere dit køb inden for 30 dage efter modtagelsen.
• Varerne skal være ubrugte, i deres originale emballage og med alle medfølgende mærker og tilbehør.
• Varer, der har været brugt, er blevet brugt eller er ufuldstændige, kan ikke returneres.
• Har du modtaget dit køb i defekt eller beskadiget stand? I så fald bedes du kontakte vores kundeservice. Vi vil hjælpe dig med en passende løsning så hurtigt som muligt.

Gem forsendelsesbeviset for din returpakke, indtil vi har bekræftet, at vi har modtaget returneringen i god stand. Hvis din returnering sidder fast i returprocessen, er dette dit bevis på, at du har afleveret pakken. Uden et returbevis kan vi ikke igangsætte den økonomiske behandling af en returnering.

Returnering er mulig inden for 30 dage efter modtagelse af din ordre.

Vi gør vores yderste for at behandle din returnering så hurtigt og smidigt som muligt. Bemærk, at det kan tage ca. 1 til 3 hverdage, før din pakke når frem til os. Når vi har modtaget pakken, behandler vi din returnering inden for 7 hverdage.

Du vil derfor modtage din refusion senest 14 dage efter, at du har indsendt din returanmodning.

Ja, du kan altid returnere nedsatte varer inden for 30 dage efter modtagelse af din ordre. Der er ingen omkostninger forbundet hermed.

Det er ikke muligt at ombytte din ordre. Hvis du ønsker at modtage en anden størrelse eller et andet produkt, kan du returnere din nuværende ordre gratis og afgive en ny ordre.

Yes, you can cancel or return your order within 30 days of receipt.

After completing your order, we will get to work for you right away. Have you placed your order but it hasn’t been shipped yet? Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We’ll be happy to check whether cancellation is still possible.

Has your order already been shipped or received? As a consumer, you can then exercise your statutory right of withdrawal. You have 30 days from receipt of your order to notify us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. To do so, you can use the return page on our website.

When you make a purchase in our webshop, you have a legal right of withdrawal. This means you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. Exercising your right of withdrawal will terminate the purchase agreement.

After notifying us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase, you have a further 14 days to return the product. You may inspect and try on the product as you would in a physical store.

Once you have exercised your right of withdrawal, we will refund the purchase amount no later than 14 days thereafter. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or until you have provided proof that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

If you opt for store credit when registering your return, you will receive a digital VIA VAI Giftcard once your return has been processed, rather than a refund via your original payment method. You will receive the return amount, plus a €5 bonus.

The giftcard will be sent automatically by email as soon as we have received and processed your return.

With the VIA VAI Gift Card, you can:

spend the shop credit in multiple transactions;
use multiple VIA VAI Gift Cards at the same time;
combine the gift card with another payment method if the balance is insufficient;
use the gift card in combination with discount codes, promotions and sale items.

The VIA VAI Gift Card is valid indefinitely and can only be used on viavaishoes.com.

Please note: Store credit is only available for orders placed via our Dutch webshop. Did you pay with Klarna or Riverty?
