VIA VAI cares about your privacy. Therefor we process and protect your personal data very carefully. VIA VAI always uses a secure (SSL) connection during the order process and other ways of contact through the site. When placing an order in our webshop, we ask you for certain personal details so that we can send your order. We only use and save the personal data that you have personally filled in.

RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA
We do not save your personal data longer than necessary. Personal data is saved as long as it is necessary for handling your order, including the warranty period. After that, we save the data for maximum one year for the defined purposes. Subsequently, your data is deleted, unless legislation and/or regulations demand otherwise.
You always have the right to ask us to inspect your personal data that we process. If you find that this information is incorrect, incomplete or no longer relevant, you can always indicate this or change it yourself. Of course we are happy to help you if you have any questions or complaints. You can also object to the processing of personal data (or part of it) by us, or by one of our processors. You also have the right to have the data provided by you transferred by us to yourself or directly to another party on assignment. If we are allowed to process personal data on the basis of your permission, you always have the right to withdraw this permission. We will respond to your request within one month at the latest. Depending on the number of requests and their complexity, we can extend this period by two months, about which we will also inform you.
